Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us 💖 If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused items can be returned within 10 days of when product is received. Email us at mangoshappytails@gmail.com :) Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
We quality check every product we ship out to our customers but if you happen to receive a faulty product, we are happy to offer exchange, refund or a store credit.
Returns/Exchanges does not apply to tote bags and collars since those are all made to order.
Exchange Policy:
We may exchange your items if you receive damaged products. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us (mangoshappytails@gmail.com) with photos and a detailed explanation.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
